Gray Guard is a ministry of bearing witness of truth in our culture today. Our local, national, and social media is too often sending out their one-sided narrative. Gray Guard ministers in prayer while witnessing what is honestly happening at events, protests, and demonstrations not only by our presence but also by documenting the truth with our cellphone cameras, and displaying them on social media.
Gray Guard is about engaging our senior citizens with culture, to bear witness to what is truly happening at a grassroots level when there are events in our state. We encourage our senior citizens, no matter their age, to engage with society and call out what is of Truth and what is of Falsehood, and to engage with the younger generation in very real and dynamic conversations about our history, what they have seen over the course of their lives, and what is happening now in our state and nation. That our senior citizens refuse to be cancelled, but they rise up like Caleb when he was 80 years old and said, “Give me that mountain! It belongs to me!” Senior citizens have a valuable perspective because they have lived through much of our recent history and can see now how, over time, decisions by our government and media and education sectors have influenced our nation at the most basic level. We call our Gray Guard to Active Duty in Jesus’ Name. Our Gray Guard will not be silenced but will speak with the wisdom and discernment gleaned from their lifetimes. Members of the Gray Guard will often be more well-versed on current issues because they know our past, so we encourage our Gray Guard to be in active prayer to return our state to biblical values.
